Wishing you all a lovely Christmas Eve ahead, whether it’s with a wine, a beer, a stiff drink or alcohol free.
Hope you have loving family and/or friends around.
If you do, enjoy the present.

Had one glass of red wine with my steak at end of year dinner last night. Nothing major but does not count as a sober day.
51 days from last 53 zero alcohol. Reset and go again. Healthy Christmas, New Year and Q1 ahead. Good start to today on the trainer.

51 days from last 52 days zero alcohol. Tonight sees the final client dinner of the year. Get through that and a strong springboard into January.
50 days from last 51 zero alcohol. Loving it. Training and sleep better than I ever have.
I really can’t get over the anti-redmeat sentiment that seems to permeate society. So many colleagues and friends love a rib-eye but are still fully bought into the “saturated fat is bad” narrative. Yet the doughnuts and coke are just fine and elicit zero comments, whilst a plate of red meat and eggs has everyone lecturing me on my consumption. Main stream media believers. #carnivore
Another in the bag. Day 49 from last 50 zero alcohol. Half regret the glass of red that prevents 50 from 50, but onwards and upwards.
Day 48 from 49 no alcohol. Sober Christmas incoming. Love it.
Another weekend in the bag. Day 47 from 48 no booze. 15.3 km this morning sure beats being hungover.
Day 46 from last 47 no booze.
Day 45 from last 46 zero alcohol. Getting after it.
Day 44 from 45 zero booze. Destroying the steak however!
