If the information is unverifiable and on a screen, the best frame is to assume it's a lie.

Back in the GFC, silver did a crazy price run up, and then ate shit for 14 years.

These are words. And after consuming the words, you may feel as if you did something, but nothing has actually materially changed about your life. In fact, your life might actually be worse for having wasted time on words that are likely wrong. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk about podcasts.

Follow lists on Amethyst is an awesome feature. I dont know how long these have been in the app, but if you aren't using them, give it a try.

OMG this would be a hilarious Shakespeare-generated cookie-clicker-style game. You deliver a consistent stream of cars yelling "retard" to Tim Walz's house. The game escalates by putting up police road blocks, snipers, and armored vehicles, so you have to spend the accumulated Tim Trauma points on more and more drastic counter-counter measures. I would honestly pay for a service that delivers one good belting of "retard" to Tim Walz. Hook it up to zaps.

Good satire. Personally, I dont trust anyone that, unsolicited, profers the opinion that they are a good person. I never even encountered such a sussy self-assessment outside of toxic thought circles until woke culture escaped the ideological weapons lab of the modern academy. View quoted note →

Dance like nobody is watching. Love like you've never been hurt. Fuck like the earth's magnetic poles are going to shift tomorrow and wipe out all of civilization below 13 thousand feet elevation.

I have e so much more empathy for electric car drivers. They must feel like impotent, dumb faggots most of the time, and I will do my best to make their day better.

Its really nice to architect with AI. If you know the orginazational patterns you're trying to achieve, you can just iterate from slop code to refactored code to payterned code. For example. I just want sloppy nostr authentication in my website. It's fucking awful. But it works. I refactor it once to organize the code into various react components and hooks. Then, I refactor again for high-level maintainability concerns, with site-wide providers and thoughtful config vars. So much less tedious than doing all the dev grunt work. LOL. Slamming the door on recent graduates and turning this into consultancy gold. What could go wrong (for me)?

I feel like I have adequately bullied Cursor into submission. Now it just does what I want without a lot of flowery explanation or apologietics on behalf of its hallicinatory nonsense. "You fucked up on this line. The JSON prop is clearly "picture" and not "avatar". Fix it or I'm leaving you for Claude." It just does the work! No obsequious "You're absolutely right..." groveling. Just prompts me with the "Do it" button and goes to work.

Gas vehicles: Please pull up under a roofed area for less than 10 minutes where we have ample feilling stations. Feel free to come inside where it is warm and dry. Buy a 64oz soda and a hot dog, if you're inclined. Electric Vehicles: 4 stations, half of them broken. Wait 30 minutes for the working ones. Oh it's sleeting outside? Fuck you, wear a hooded parka next time. For $27 and 75 minutes, you can drive your golf cart around for another 200 miles. You want food? Eat shit. How bout that.

Renting an electric vehicle in a strange, cold place is a bad idea.
