At what point do you think the fro tier models will stop being available to us plebs? Already?

Interesting video: Not just about A.I. but was interested in "externalities" concept - i.e. costs that are not on companies balance sheets (e.g. pollution), resulting in some companies can look very profitability, but have a large cost to the rest of society. I wonder whether the government should be a stakeholder in companies above a certain turnover. Rather than taking taxes, they take dividends but also ensure that companies externalities are indeed on the balance sheet and the costs are paid to society (a "tax"). This would mean that the government can have a say on the board with respect to the interests of wider society. Maybe even special voting rights. This should also incentive governments to help create an environment for most companies to be profitable. Or maybe this approach is too "CCP"? Maybe this role should be done by A.I. so less susceptible to corruption? I'd be interested in your take on this @Ben Arc :-)
