Which Nostr apps allow for the creation of events? We need to have the abikity to filter them to geographic lication which a lot are missing atm.

Has anyone create an agent that I can message it a request, send a lightning payment, and it comes back with a response. This is for a geo-caching game. I want to send it a location, a picture, and a description of the stash, and it will give me a riddle back for people to find.
