I kinda like checking in on @Implausible Deniability during these trying times. The cope is palpable.

Found some beads and used them to track my habits in a more meaningful way. Each bead on the left represents a daily habit that I am either trying to break or build. Each bead on the right represents my desire to just claw back the comfortable life to which I'd become accustomed. No individual bead is bad or good (sometimes you get sick or need a break), but as a whole they help me gauge progress in emotional states where progress feels glacial.
