After a long sauna session I realized I was only living at about 3-4 out of 10 of my potential for the last ~4 years. I’m improving every day but I’m not even at 6.15 out of10 yet. It’s exciting to think about what it will be like when I’m living to my full capacity as my 10.0 self, empowered by Bitcoin. I’m going to have so much more fun, create so much more and help so many more people.

Yesterday I abstained. It’s going to be so good today, I can’t wait. #CreamiCult

Looking for a good trade off for Google. Want more privacy but good results. I find DuckDuckGo results are bad. Is there a good way to use private search?

I’m on day 55 of #100to100K It was just what I needed after a very rough end of 2023 and a holiday binge month derailed me from my otherwise great progress in 2023. As you can see from this graph I started doing 100 pushups a day at the local peak of my bodyfat % back in Feb. Yesterday I just hit my lowest bodyfat % that I’ve been what feels like in 10 years. It’s not too late to join us.100 Pushups A Day Until $100k! image

I’m in proof of work mode. Currently down from 18% last year to 15.1% body fat. My 2024 goal is 170 lbs, 12% bf and I’m dropping 0.05% bodyfat every day. To get there I am eating 1800 cals/175g protein a day, with 45 min exercise every day, no scheduled days off. Rest days are yoga & walks. Resources: Friends like @HODL Joe Carlasare and @GoingParabolic to help you stay motivated as accountability partners. Myfitnesspal Local gym friends who push you in the gym (found a local bitcoiner Trevor Rosborough who is jacked and 6% bf to help push me.) Tony Horton’s Power Nation app. I hired a lifestyle coach Dan Martell to help me with goal setting and vision, as well as lifestyle design. I hired my sister to cook all my meals for me. Ninja Creami is a life changer for protein ice cream. 100 pushups a day until $100k I started doing “Deka” training once or twice a week. I entered my first competition today and got a respectable score of 19:00 flat on Deka Strong. I beat my previous personal best of 21:36 which I just did last week! Before that my pb was 26:46. Have you ever struggled with the question “Is the universe a good place or a bad place?” If so, you’ve not yet discovered the Ninja Creami.

We started the Bitcoin Coalition of Canada as a way to try to educate policymakers and journalists about bitcoin, as well as create resources for Canadians to increase their financial literacy. BCC has had a few board meetings so far and things are coming along. We have big dreams and the passion to never give up on achieving them. A lot of people want to help, that’s what we’re focused on short & medium term - coming up with a process to be able to receive all the energy coming at us from people wanting to help! @Scott Wolfe @Nolan @BitcoinBrains @npub1g6ta...7a2g image

I’ve just completed Day 50 of 100 Pushups a Day To $100K. I haven’t attempted a single set PB since the push up contest in Madeira at Bitcoin Atlantis almost 2 weeks ago. I’m feeling like making a go at it today 💪 image

In 2011, I was inspired by Ron Paul, Peter Schiff & Robert Kiyosaki to save in sound money. I took my entrepreneurial savings & bought gold & silver. Then I discovered magic internet money & started buying & mining Bitcoin at $10. I recently posted about how I was operating from fear and how that was going to change. After some reflection, I realize I wouldn’t be protected with a Bitcoin shield today without fear. Fear is a powerful motivator. Don’t ignore your fear, but, don’t let it control you. Harness it and let it be a super power. Is your fear real? If yes - then Cheerfully & Constructively do something about it. My doing something about it was productively protesting a corrupt system by saving in sound money. Of course like all early pioneers, I didn’t make it to the promised land completely unscathed. Selling too much Bitcoin early, trusting insiders & exchanges, not having a risk management system, etc. I’ll probably have a very hard time to ever make it back to my high watermark in BTC terms. However, I just bought more BTC as we flipped Silver because I studied and learned lessons. The first half of my life was about acquiring knowledge, mental toughening & learning lessons through experiences and gathering resources. I was moving forward with naive hope and dreams, attracting success, but energy was leaking everywhere, high entropy. Now I'm focusing my mind and body. I’m assembling a team. I’m moving into Citadel building mode. Step 1 to building your bitcoin citadel is to have a clear vision and define the object objectives. Clearly articulate the mission, goals, and values of your Bitcoin Citadel. Outline how you envision the Citadel supporting your community, the Bitcoin ecosystem, your investments, and cultural projects you’re passionate about. Your citadel must be big enough with fertile soil to allow for others to plant their dreams and grow within the protection of your walls.
