Always hugely appreciate the interest people show in coming all this way to learn about our project. And, in this case, despite the pumping wind and rain. It's a humbling experience. Thank you to everyone that made the post-conference road-trip! Hopefully the sun shows its face for @BitcoinWitsand tomorow ! image

Can confirm, senior members and former senior members of major and oppositional polical parties, some of them in government, will be speaking at @Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town in 2025. Bitcoin may be making its way into national political debates this year.

One of my favourite moments from @Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town 2024 This proves the point. Bitcoin is for anyone. ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ‘‡ image Left: Toyota Landcruiser, 80-series, year model: 1994, half a million kilometers on the clock. Africa's work horse. Right: Lamborghini Urus

WTF?! I just followed a new account on Nostr, using Primal web interface, and this resulted in me un-following all the other accounts I had been following. How did this happen? I had such a great follow list, and now it's all gone.

#asknostr Is there a way to schedule posts, here on Nostr, like one would on twitter? If there is, I don't see it. I'm using Primal and Amethyst. Trying to use Nostr more to promote @Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town On twitter I can schedule a bunch of speaker announcements, all at once, and the posts go out, at the right times, while I'm doing other things. Not being able to do it on Nostr makes it tough to use this network as much as I'd like to, for this conference.
