Sad because it's a red belly black. But my snake skin collection is growing. Beefy has never killed a snake before, he's always kept his distance from them. Don't know what got into him. Casper RIP, was obsessed with snakes. A year before he died he got bitten killing one and cost me $3000 at the vets, the second snake he killed was the first skin saved for leather. I made a hat band for my Akubra and still have some left over. These two pieces of skin have been cleaned and they're soaking in tannins now.
