Only a fool would take anything a random stranger says on the internet seriously without doing their own research.

So I'm reconsidering his name, like I said I was open to suggestions anyway, but I've been thinking maybe Dog isn't a good name for him and if I teach him that the word bread means a slice of bread, he'll end up coming when I say bread anyway.
So I might call him Bread.

Nothing but respect to the actual fire fighters themselves, the unpaid volunteers on the ground and all the insane ex airforce pilots doing maneuvers these aircraft aren't even built for.

I'm hoping that fire that could hit us in a matter of days or hours depending on the wind will cross over the Qld border before hitting us.
That way a slightly more competent state government that understands resource allocation better gets involved, unlike NSW, Qld may respond to the fire before people's homes are destroyed.

Most of the airborne firefighters are busy somewhere else, I've seen the helicopters with buckets heading in the opposite direction to a different fire all day today.
No 747s, not even smaller water bomber planes.
The helicopters with buckets have been going nonstop for the passed week fighting multiple fires around the place, the aredome is very popular with smaller aircraft for refueling, has large water stockpiles so we get a lot of fire fighting air traffic even when the fires are good distance away from us.

My friend has been begging me to come back to tiktok.
I don't blame him for not seeing the potential value of nostr, obviously if you're in Gaza nostr isn't worth it for zaps, but the censorship resistance, I wish he could see that value.
I try to explain that tiktok is suppressing him because the Zionists own it and my likes comments and shares aren't going to make a difference to that.
