I piece I've been working on for about 2 months broke. This series is about transformation and the journey of life, so I'm going with this is where it needed to go and this is it's journey. So I bought orange and copper pigments and going to repair it with kintsugi. 'Kintsugi goes by a Japanese aesthetic philosophy that finds beauty in imperfection, transience, and the natural cycle of growth and decay. The repaired lines are honored as a mark of survival and a testament to the object's journey. A kintsugi-repaired piece is considered even more valuable and unique than it was before.' Wish me luck🧡

Sometimes I take for granted that I live in a beautiful, inspiring city. I went on a tour last Friday to remind myself. In the beginning of the 20th century, buildings in Barcelona were built in 'total art' mind set, intentionally. Every single thing was designed for beauty - from the structure to the door knob to the inside to the design underneath the balcony ( so people walking on the street could enjoy it as well). The design itself was an act of rebellion, through beauty. Little by little, with every artist joining the Bitcoin art scene - we"ll bring that back.

This scene was the first inspiration for the 'Bitcoin Fixes This' Bulla series. The fact that it's a movie about a big Ponzi scheme, just adds layers to the concept. More about this in the next two weeks.
