@Damus was my daily driver until i stopped getting notificaciones, and it basically became a black hole where I wouldn’t know who was commenting, liking, zapping, etc After trying to figure out what was going on and failing to find a solution, I switched to @primal and I have to say it’s pretty damn good… I still want to support Damus but it doesn’t seem like there is any solution to the notification issue, so I guess I’m going to switch over permanently due to lack of options… How amazing that I can just switch clients when one isn’t working for me, and my account is right there, no serious issues or pain, just dl a new app and I’m back up and running…

Most of my favorite places I have traveled to are far out beyond the normal beaten paths… maybe it’s because, in these places, life is fundamentally different when you are so far from a road, a hospital, amenities, services, supplies, etc… You are incredibly attuned to the sun, the natural world around you absorbs most of your attention… Life just boils down to the basics Things slow down You find clarity in the lack of constant stimulation and join a rhythm with the earth Looking forward to more of these places to experience soon in the new build - photo of my 98’ Hilux camper build taken in Punta Gallinas, La Guajira, Colombia
