I retired early because I was burned out on consulting (and increasingly a lack of ethics and competency in the practice), had a couple small exits, always saved aggressively and was debt free...and wanted to start "giving back" a little more by becoming a reasonably priced tennis pro and high school tennis coach to be part of building up the next generation of leaders/competitors. If I had not found #bitcoin, this scenario would have put that retirement in jeopardy.
