Today is Open Farm Day in our state. Many farms open their doors to visitors, and I find that absolutely fascinating! My husband took the children to a nearby dairy farm. Next year, I’ll be joining them again 🤍 #cowstr

Draußen stürmt und regnet es. Ich liege im Bett und bin zu schwach für alles. Selbst das Handy kann ich nur kurz in der Hand halten. Ein ungewohnter Zustand für einen Menschen wie mich, der gerne beschäftigt ist. Was hätte ich nicht alles gemacht an einem Samstag wie heute. Jetzt habe ich viel Zeit. Die Gedanken wabern hin und her und ab und zu schlafe ich dabei ein 🤍

Everyone hates hearing “I told you so!” But today I simply had to say it to my husband 🤭 I never feed our dog human food. With my last dog, whom I raised on my own, I had very good experiences with that approach. Human food simply wasn’t interesting to him, and he never stole anything. My husband and the children didn’t want to listen to me. They kept giving the dog leftovers. They got him hooked on the taste. Today, while we were out, he ate all the bread rolls my husband had planned to have for dinner. I told you so 🤍 #dogstr

Our town has a long-standing tradition of hosting a dragon boat race where the local schools compete against each other. My oldest daughter loves taking part, and her class came in second place. It was so lovely to see the excitement and team spirit among the kids 🤍 #kidstr #dragonboat #school

Wisst ihr was der „Witz“ ist? Ich habe für die @BTC Prague nicht frei bekommen, weil „die Vertretungssituation zu angespannt ist“. Gestern auf meinem Weg zur Schule rief mich die Lehrerin meines Sohnes ab. Er hätte sich mehrfach übergeben und ich solle ihn bitte abholen. Ich bin also gestern und heute mit Kinderkrankenschein zuhause und halte abwechselnd die Schüssel hin oder spiele Brettspiele. Bis auf drei Stunden, die vertreten werden, fallen alle meine Stunden aus. Plötzlich geht das irgendwie doch. Karma? 🤍
