Been thinking a lot about the fiat mind virus. I am feeling like it is slowly leaving my body. After much rest and reflection as well as study, I have come to some mile markers. Once you have accumulated a few coins the law of dimishing returns starts to take effect. It does this in a few ways. Yes the amount of purchasing power you will accrete will be attained faster and so you can trade your bitcoin for “real world” assets. (Think acres of land for sustainment) and so in that aspect the trading of bitcoin “sooner” will produce a lower purchase power per bitcoin because we are more inclined to trade. The second way is that if bitcoin is going to do what we all expect it to do it’s going to do it in a way most of us have no comprehension for. Do we honestly understand what everything / 21 million looks like. I’d be willing to bet almost no one can remotely accurately describe that. And so from that aspect the “average” person who has their hands on a coin or 3 is going to experience power and wealth way beyond what’s being forecast today. Once you have double digit bitcoin stack is the 12th or 13th bitcoin really going to benefit you proportionatly? At some point you are just a guardian of earths money and the responsibility bestowed upon you by Satoshi is to be the conduit by which you can direct it to most benefit humanity.
