A quick, damp #rupertsbackyardtoday for y'all. Rainstorms always make the beauty berry bush look like a tiny fairy wedding happened there. Little red polka dots in my grass. (Mock strawberry, not wild strawberry.) Evidence of The Great Chicken Morning Glory Battle of '24 has been discovered near the old coop. Raindrops? Leaves? Leaf hoppers on the trumpet vine doing a great job with their camouflage? Just bloom already! This is the same Mexican petunia bud I've posted before. I'm getting impatient. More buds on the Peggy Martin rose. I may have cuttings available soon. Fingers crossed. A little front yard action for ya too. The Turk's caps are blooming!
