What I had most about IT consulting are the leeches who sit between freelancers and clients. I know it's common to tweak CVs here and there but most of them butcher CVs so much that it's basically 50% fake. I also know most clients have no idea what they're actually looking for but instead of fixing *that*, the leeches just make everything worse and it's a race to the buttom.
