It was worth it. Replaced some apps I wasn't happy with, migrated my wallets, got rid of some junk, redid my homescreen. Was annoying at times but now that it's done it feels much cleaner. What I like about my boss is that he's pragmatic when push comes to shove. Told him I'd be adding my company credit card to my personal Airbnb if we don't get this sorted out by EOB so I can finalize the booking and he just called me and booked a hotel via a completely different platform (which still had one room available) on the spot. 😌

I didn't even mention: * My moving company cancelled on me because they had to let go of a few people and now I need to find someone else with 4 weeks to go. * My boss insisted I organize an on-site workshop for a client in the middle of nowhere next week with only 1 Airbnb being still available around that entire area. All hotels are fully booked and I can't reach the location via public transport if I travel on the same day. * I'm limited to only one weird business booking portal that supports Airbnb but I can't get them to be registered as a travel booker for my account - most likely because they use a + in their mail address (but I'm just guessing). * My reverse osmosis unit works better than the old one but even the newer generation just randomly stops filtering water and I have to manually restart it. * I had to replace my Pixel phone and had to unbind my old phone from my fiat bank. This bank now forces me to send a biometric selfie to some shady 3rd party ID service I'm sure tomorrow will be a better day. For now I'm just tired, annoyed and somewhat depressed. I hope I can at least get the Airbnb booking to work. Will focus on better things now. Like coffee, prepping food for the evening and listening to some nice music. I'm really worn out this week. Everything just turns to shit right now. Brought my road bike to the mechanic I usually trust but he sold his business and now my carbon frame and my aluminum stem now have some scratches that weren't there before, the shifting is worse than before, they didn't fix the seating position as I instructed and they replaced my quality bar end plugs with cheap plastic shit instead of keeping mine that can be screwed in place. At least the braking is robust again. Seems like lots of miscommunication between the new owner and his mechanics. I'd be looking for a new mechanic around my new place anyways but I haven't been this unsatisfied with their work in a decade. Bummer.

Migrating from one GrapheneOS devices to another is such a pain. I wish there was a "yes, I know it's insecure, I audited both devices, both are connected via USB C, I authenticated on both of them, just sync it all" option. I know there's backups via USB but they do not work 90% of the time and it just leaves most apps on the new device in a defunct state.
