I can’t believe that moving out of a rental flat is always such a fucking hassle. Landowners always try to keep most of the security deposit to basically renovate the entire flat to hike up the rent at the cost of the previous tenant. At least in Germany they often don’t hold any of the cards but they try anyways. It’s a huge timesink.

I also suspect that I might have issues with many WoT defaults soon.
