Let’s see how little fiat mine work I can get done today without anyone noticing while getting as much sun exposure outside as possible. I’m so fed up with this shit.

Finally gave up on Reverse Osmosis and got myself a Berkey water filter. Got delivered today. Didn’t have the time between fiat mine nonsense to set it up in time for coffee. Drinking my first tea from it while my ricecooker is making half of my dinner using the same filtered water. Forgot to order a stand for the thing though, so I can’t yet place it in the corner where the RO used to sit.

In a way I'm tempted to just start my own history club to dig the towns/regions past without the Jewish/Nazi angle, like pre WW2. Would be cool to get some folks together to digitize old books or remotely meet up to feed old history stuff into local LLMs or something. Or meet some urban explorers to check out some stuff. Why waste time with the town's boomer normies. I'd be sticking out like always anyways. Could be a better experience than doing it solo and I'll probably learn something. Israeli air defenses as overwhelmed as during the 12 day war, US and Israeli military allegedly already complaining about insufficient rockets. Lots of US/Israeli defensive interception rockets miss their targets. Some evaded up to 5 interception SAMs. Some air defenses are already all used up and Iran's drones just glide right through. Israeli operatives moved their command centers to hotels but the Iranians knew which hotels and floors they went to and subsequently bombed them while US soldiers are housed in Bahrain in a skyscraper hotel that's now half engulfed in fire. Allegedly Israel promised the US to take out most of Iran's leadership in one go and it seems that failed spectacularly. Add to that, Iran seems to have damaged (if not destroyed) Israel's most critical desalination plant. Trump doesn't look all that confident anymore. It's not even been 24h.

Got rid of most LED bulbs in my home. It’s been 3 days since I made the switch and I’ve been feeling tired much earlier. Also much more relaxed, most likely because I no longer have to deal with the barely visible LED flicker. Can recommend.

Back in my day, carnival was also a kids thing. Insane.
