Every Bitcoin bear market thus far has resulted from affinity scam bubbles popping.
2014 — Mt. Gox selloff
2018 — Altcoin selloff
2022 — Yield farming selloff
2026 — Suitcoin selloff
The lesson is the same each time: Do not rely on trusted third parties. Save real Bitcoin and self-custody it.
