SUNLIGHT. since my gut is the most fucked from the water, i have started focusing my morning sun sesh to my bare booty everyday, along with my lower abdomen. literally the day i did that (in the morning of course) the issues immediately began reversing towards health. i feel more myself. the intrusive thoughts that come with poor digestion left my mind and i could finally enjoy the beauty of this small town. what a blessing- the most potent medicine is everywhere, and free. thank you god! 🙏🏼🫶🏼
