Ultima Online is still my most favorite MMORPG. Today marks 28 years since the official release date. This is also the first game I got to participate in as a beta tester. Within a year of release I also started learning C and making various contributions to a foss server emulator project. It'll always be cherished and if there was ever a project I'd return back to working on, the emulator would be it.

An enhancement has been applied to Corny Chat to create a background process that will examine rooms, associate the nostr npub of users denoted as speakers, moderators or room owners, and de-duplicate values seen in the room settings panel. The goal of this is to allow identified users that had npubs associated with their device account to regain access to rooms for which they still have their nsec, but for which they don't have the private key associated to an old device id due to clearing the cache. Users who have cleared their cache multiple times may see these associations on the My Rooms tab on the homepage.
