Went climbing today for the first time in 6 months (and first time leading/sport since maybe April or January) and it was amazing!
Felt incredible to be back at it again, but also a bit frustrating and humbling being so rusty and having lost some muscle.
Now that I'm back home I'll be resuming climbing 2-4 times a week and I'm stoked! 😁
