All hodlers have a point at which they will be incentivized to spend some of their stack at a certain level. Many of us will never sell a single sat for USD, but when the masses decide that they need some bitcoin they will be willing to trade almost anything. A house for 10mil sats, a car for 100k, entire industries will pop up focused only on getting you to part with your stack. At what point would you sell? #bitcoin

"We must defend our own privacy if we expect to have any. We must come together and create systems which allow anonymous transactions to take place. People have been defending their own privacy for centuries with whispers, darkness, envelopes, closed doors, secret handshakes, and couriers. The technologies of the past did not allow for strong privacy, but electronic technologies do."

I am getting worse at explaining why #eth is a scam because at this point it just seems obvious to me and I forget ppl still don't know the difference. It really boils down to one question, is there a group of individuals who created / control it and issue it to investors to generate a profit for themselves? Eth has clearly proven over the years to be nothing but a well funded rug pull where they will syphon off as much value as they possibly can from investors until it goes to zero against #BTC
Zap wallet is topped up, nothing more exciting than sending the worlds most valuable asset to random like minded plebs.
Find myself on other social media far less thanI was prior to setting up #nostr. One feels like a curated feed of meaningless garbage and the other feels like p2p interactions with real plebs. nostr is the future!
The ability to zap value instantly from one individual to another is truly an incredible innovation.
GM, nostr is the realization of freedom of speech on the internet.
"Fuck bitches, get money" is the fiat version of "stay humble, stack sats"
Ross Ulbricht is still in jail because he dared to step outside of the control of the state. They made an example of him because the threat was so clear, we now have a means of efficiently transacting value that does not rely on the state. He has become a martyr to the cause of self sovereignty. while he clearly did not perfect the system ,and that is why he was caught, he called massive attention to the insanity of throwing a young man in jail for doing nothing but allowing the free exchange of value. #freeross #bitcoin

Nothing that happens is wrong, only our opinions of it.
GM, we are living in the "pre god candle" era. #bitcoin
off to mine more fiat, it is crazy to me that a pizza delivery boy today can earn 1million sats in a night. I cannot help but imagine that in 10 years I will look back enviously at my ability to stack cheap sats today.
Still have yet to meet a true bitcoiner IRL.
There is no such thing as randomness. Anything that has too many factors for us to interpret we attribute randomness to. for example, rolling a die or flipping a coin seem random but if we were aware of all the factors at play it would be possible to calculate what the coin or die would land on. The same is true in all things, peoples actions may seem random to us but it is simply because there are too many factors at play. Where does this leave space for free will, you ask? It doesn't.
Listening to normies talk about politics and economics is painful. Any conversation of the two that doesn't involve #bitcoin is pointless.
