"You are building cages for all that is human. In the name of protection, you have intruded into all areas of human life, far exceeding the reach of any Caesar. You claim ultimate control of our property and our decisions, of our travels and even our identities. You claim ownership of humanity far beyond the dreams of any Emperor of any previous era. Understand clearly: We reject your authority and we reject your legitimacy. We do not believe that you have any right to do the things you do. You have massive power, but no right to impose it upon us and no legitimacy. We have forsaken you. We are no longer your citizens or your subjects." image
What book has influenced your outlook on the world most? For me it was without a doubt Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. It so eloquently demonstrates the flaws in socialist or any form collectivist ideology. While also advocating for sound money and personal responsibility. The reasoning behind my username is that in the book the "men of the mind" who are the capitalists driving the economy become fed up with their overreaching government and one by one they exit the corrupt system and allow it to crumble without them. I believe this is exactly what is happening with #Bitcoin, as more individuals choose to exit the fiat system it will collapse as it is starved of real capital to plunder. Who is Satoshi Nakamoto = Who is John Galt image
Once you understand #Bitcoin you begin to understand everything else.
Just finished "Bitcoin is Venice" Without a doubt one of the most intellectually stimulating Bitcoin books that I have read. I would highly recommend to any of you looking to further your journey down the rabbit hole. image
Do you think at some point humanity will measure time in blocks?
Everything in the world is changing very quickly. The only changes that you can control are the changes that you make in yourself. CHOOSE WISELY.
“The giant in front of you is never bigger than the god inside of you” John 4:4
Jamie Dimon is either absurdly incompetent and doesn't understand #Bitcoin or he does understand the threat it poses to JP Morgan and thinks we are stupid enough to listen to him. Either way he has made a fool of himself and is NGMI.
Every action that you take is a vote for the person you want to become.
As new plebs fall down the rabbit hole this bull cycle they will inevitably discover #NOSTR. image
Thinking about buying a nice PC and using it to run a full node, lightning, and nostr relay. Is this a bad idea if I also want to use it for other purposes? considering a start 9 server but I also want to play around with video editing, AI, and 3D printing.
I believe ETFs will reduce volatility in the Bitcoin price. Large portfolio managers will decide what percentage they want to allocate to the ETFs and as the price goes up and down they will adjust their holdings. While these capital inflows will without a doubt drive the price up, some funds will choose to sell portions of their holdings to maintain a percentage of their portfolio. If a hedge fund wants a 2% allocation to IBIT and it trades down they will be buying the dip and if it goes up they will sell. Large players buying every dip along with Hodlers accumulating = NGU
