Fresh batch of chili on the way with grass fed beef from Utah. Chili is a super easy weekly meal prep that has plenty of protein and fat and then throw in any extra you have laying around in the fridge. Also easy to do with no tomatoes if they cause you problems. #foodstr

I tried out a new type of burger today that ended up being great. Korean gochujang paste with the ground when making the patties. Pepper jack cheese, fried egg, and kimchi (Costco has pretty good stuff). I had some brioche buns leftover from the holidays but I probably wouldn’t use those in the future. #foodstr

The most concerning thing to me is adding seized bitcoin to a strategic reserve which creates a terrible incentive. Either return it, sell it on the market or burn it.
