If you’ve been in the nostrsphere for a while, you may remember that in early spring 2023 I had a meeting with a member of a leading US Broadcasters Executive Leadership team. Huge deal for a me personally because it was an earned relationship. Fast forward to July 2024, over a year later, I was afforded the opportunity to meet with them again. The purpose, talking through disability inclusion innovations to broadcasting. Primarily, advising for their network be the 1st to offer televised Picture in Picture ASL for flagship broadcasts. ^ The precedent is there globally. In France, Germany and the UK. There’s also data that supports increased Rev Gen. Then theres just the humanity of it all. 🩷 Anyway! I learned today that it won’t be going forward at this time. A tad disheartening in the moment but there’s more than 1 way to achieve a goal. 🧗🏾‍♀️

I get the essays people write here on nostr and I’m long winded too *but/that and* I’d love to see people state their point in 3 sentences or less; especially when they’re challenging a view. Everything meaningful can be said in 3 sentences or less.
