My extended family on both sides didn’t agree with my parents being interracially wed 38 years ago. It’s largely the same still.
That said! They’re still wed. And alive. My bro has had hard times but is well. Holidays are the 4 of us and that’s a-okay with me 🥰 #Thanksgiving
