I innately knew to only eat when I’m hungry and practice portion control and have managed to maintain a healthy weight throughout my life. It’s a super power. People should also recognize the deep wounds inside them that they constantly have to feed in order to have a healthy relationship with food. Being genuine is a great way to rid oneself of a deep hungry wound.

I believe humans should free-feed when they are you g to be able to know what number three means. Many do not because they have been trained differently (including myself).

I think a regular biological rhythm is better. That means eat, sleep, wake up and exercise at fixed times.
Sounds unachievable with three kids. I wake up feeling fucked because I need to cares for other. Yes to the rest.

We all have circadian rhythms and we don’t need alarm clock ⏰ to wake. Similarly kids do have those while they developed it slowly. Everyone should and if enjoy nature, outdoors and healthy workouts we can have society which will be in peace with everyone.
