Reading people’s reactions to the coldcard news is scary.
People have no idea how seed phrases work.
This could get really ugly. Many many people won’t move their coins, and many others will think “switching devices” with same seed phrase solves the problem.
Might need to update the bio
Freaking out about my coldcard so I asked ChatGPT to generate a new seed phrase for me.
Now I can sleep well tonight.

I moved an uncomfortable amount of bitcoin tonight because I’m nervous about the coldcard stuff.
I have no idea how vulnerable funds actually are, but I wasn’t going to bed without doing something.
