On another note, centralization in mining is a real problem.

I was always told that 128 bits of entropy is just as secure (practically speaking) as 256 bits of entropy because 128 bits is secure enough.
Is that true?

What’s the word from the pro BIP110 camp? Did it fail?
I’m in way over my head with the BIP 110 stuff but I have a feeling the worst is yet to come.
People like Luke are dangerous because they make it a moral issue and therefore can justify in their minds doing extreme things to “do the right thing.”
I’ve reached the point where I’m shocked we didn’t know better than to trust code we didn’t/couldn’t verify ourselves to generate keys.
