📵No phone time
If you cannot manage to adhere to a habit, adapt your environment to it, and make it harder not to follow.
I think many of us are guilty of using their phone too much. That makes them sleep less, etc...
I heard from someone, a good solution.
They introduced a "no internet time", because what do most people use their phone mainly for? Internet.
So they said from, lets say, 9PM till 6AM, there is no internet. To make it easy they simply added a simple timer socket on the router, so it automatically shuts off between these times.
I find this a cool idea!
Added bonus, this was a family, where they raised a kid, who was told at an older age, that "now we can remove this rule", and he said, "it is fine, all my friends know if they come here the internet shuts off at 9PM".
So I bought today a timer-socket, lets go!
