I listened to a podcast the other day. It was about Taoism. It changed my perspective. I heard before a Bruce Lee quote: "Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend." It just made slightly sense. Didnt catch the whole meaning. After I listened to this podcast it clicked. (Name in the comments). Maybe you also need to hear it, maybe not. I am starting to believe, that we shall not read MORE. Rather we shall read the important things more often, to make that stick. #thoughts

Even a happy greeting can be a trigger for motivation, and better work together. I was using a happy and energetic "yo" to greet my collegues. Not even sure, if its possible to do it non-happy and non-energetic without extra effort. I cheered up, and draw in collegues who kept distance, and were pragmatic before. Quite an achievement I would say. Have a charisma that drags others in. Life will become more awesome every day. #motivation
