I challenge you for this week: 1️⃣ Have a paper somewhere visible, in the point of attention 2️⃣ Write on it: I had a fear, but acted right away despite my fear. 3️⃣ When you act despite your fear, put a mark on the paper 4️⃣ When you fear something, remember the paper. 5️⃣ Its not a problem if you cannot act. Just remember that you want to act for yourself, not for others. You just genuinely want to get better. There is no problem with not taking all options. Always concentrate on one small act now that is easy enough, and do it for yourself.
