- cleaning up the house a bit and settling in
- preparing tasks for the work week ahead
- taking a walk at the local state park

I’m always learning through trial and error how to bring more peace and calmness to my life through intentional preparation vs hectic reaction
The latter is my default, and I’m extremely grateful to people in my life like @Obsidia who help me see there are more graceful paths I can take
