I feel like a schmuck for reposting this again, but I truly think some people may get some value from it.

jesus christ how do people us VS Code? it's all popups and menus and permissions and notifications. what a hellscape!
LOLLL get Claude to look over a small project's git history and record some "wall clock" estimates for how long the main features and fixes would take.
And then get Claude to scour the sessions' history or git timestamps to get a closer read on the actual time the tasks took.
It's off by such an enormous margin. initial estimate: 639 hours, **months**. Actual time: 11 hours. :laugh_lg:
And it does a bunch of these along the way: "Initial estimate was 5 hours, but looks like it only took 10 minutes.. that can't be right, let me double check."
I made this for me, but it might be good for you:
use the open source web/PWA version for free forever, or toss a few sats my way for multi-device sync, authenticated and e2e encrypted with your nostr keypair.
Send me your questions or feature requests!
