Happy Thanksgiving #nostriches. Grateful for you. Grateful to be spending Thanksgiving alone too. Been on a closure kick and picking one thing at a time to resolve. The last couple of days have been a heavy-duty focus on one thing that’s weighed on me for the last nine years… and I’ll likely stay focused for the next few days until I arrive at a forward-looking and satisfying resolution. Had an incredibly catalytic somatic release session with my therapist this morning… then integrated by sunbathing naked for a while, made myself lunch, and now I’m going to watch a tear-jerking romantic drama and be a couch potato, letting my nervous system settle into everything that moved this morning. “We Live in Time” looks like the perfect pull-my-heart-strings and let-the-rivers-of-my-eyes-run-wild movie 🎥🍿💗 How are you spending your day today?

People do much bigger things but I just randomly discovered my very first blog and I am a bit shocked that 18 years ago I set this thing all up by myself. I am amazed by the amount of links and banners it has 😆 Checking it out, I am reminded I did a JV and wrote a book with 5 other women too when I was 23 or something. I don't even remember when I nuked it. Thinking now, that it could have probably been making me money all these years... If I didn't burn out... Yes now I remember... and went up on a top of mountain just like I was daydreaming and didn't open my lap top for like many weeks... where eventually apparently my hosting providers for basically all of my assets expired and didn't renew. I find it kind of weird that I took it as life's reset I seemed to be at peace with at the time. Go figure. It would have been the 3rd starting from scratch reset in the 4 years that preceded... And my Saturn return was not even happening for another 3 years lol 😆
