OMG, I am so tired and it's only 9pm. I think starig at the sun this morning almost first thing is recalibrating my circadian rhythm. Also, I've been taking good amount of magnesium glycinate and NAC before bedtime the last few days and been waking up an hour earlier. 🌞🌠
