Teach yourself to discern and avoid the people and places that currently have little capacity to see the magnitude of the being that you are, and to give proper respect. Stay away from those who feed your insecurities, rub salt on your wounding and aggravate your nervous system. Ain't nobody need a nervous system gone haywired. Breathe. Let your body intuitively guide you to what feels good, not what is familiar. Learn, forgive and move on. Mirrors, reflections and projections... It's all cool and all but there comes a time when you decide and choose to continue evolving with ease and grace. No, you actually don't have to suffer or struggle in order to be happy. It's an old narrative that was never even yours to take on. It's the matrix oldest myth. Unshackle those imaginary chains. Cos it's hasta la vista, baby! time. Take the reigns! There are far better, higher and brighter places for you to be and reality for you to experience than the limited perception of what you once may have been taught is the reality you were meant to live. Stretch your wings, expand your horizons, there lots more to see be and have. Dare to dream and claim your birthright! Rewrite your story. Rebuild yourself one breath at a time. Live joyfully in the now.

Listening to @npub1kuy0...kdj8, @Max, and @moneyball talk about Open USD on yesterday's PBJ podcast. @npub1kuy0...kdj8 clarified not to get attached to the word "Open"—just as OpenAI has nothing to do with being open, neither does this. For whatever reason, it got me thinking about 1984.

OMG, #tb came across this memory... My boyfriend's family had a house right on top of the hill in Santa Barbara... So we had front row seats to the most smoky fireworks show that ever was... But at least we had tons of fun consuming ourselves digging through and accessories available once we arrived at the party.

Still waking up with coffee in the garden and a journal... Really been grateful for some quite mornings outside first thing before it gets too hot these last few weeks. Also, today I am truly grateful for America. I love and appreciate America as home for half my life now. This country has been good to me and I love that's been a much needed refuge (even through some turmoil) and provided me hope, nourishment and opportunity to be do and have what I came here in this life to be do and have.

I am hearing about Buzz for the first time from @npub1kuy0...kdj8 on the PBJ podcast and I am a little too excited to wanna try this. Where do I learn more about it? @moneyball

Listening to @moneyball share updates and upcoming news about Goose and all of a sudden remembering this moment from last week on the lake.

I have questions.

There's this group in my little town I used to live and built community for close to a decade... It's called Unconditional Giving and Receiving - people post stuff they need or like to receive and not infrequently they may in fact receive it. People also share stuff they are freely and unconditionally giving. And it's pretty cool. For instance, I've received house plants when I was settling down and I was all of a sudden getting the call to have some wachuma cactuses around... Another time some musician friends of friends who were headed abroad for a couple of months left their $6k handpan with me when I asked to receive a handpan. I've given out food, random household items, soil, pots, furniture etc. Most recently I asked about kettlebells... That ask hasn't been successful as of yet so might have to be fulfilled another way... But it makes me wonder if other places have similar types of groups... #asknostr
