Funniest thing in court today: Commissioner Allen reading the last post on my FB profile, where I am ranting about freedom fighters who claim to care about privacy using Telegram instead of Signal... 😅 Since I got locked out of my profile last month, on top of still being locked out of the hacked business page (27 f*ing months later) and what this entire small claims case against Meta is about. We were trying to determine my last known activity and whether that was actually me or the hackers too. ...yep me.

Good morning 🌞 at almost noon... My plan to go to sleep when I was toast by 9pm went completely bust... My cyrcadian rhythm completely wrecked. Got so much to do today and I am so 😩 tired 😴

A couple of months ago a friend was quite unsettled to find out that his 11 year old boy had been introduced to porn by his elder cousins on their summer trip. It was another mom who called him to share this has been revealed on the camping trip she had taken him with her boys. Another friend of mine shared today about his 13 year old daughter who was posting on a secret tik tok account about her struggles with finding a reason to be alive after November. She's been struggling with her weight, dealing with body dysmorphia and self esteem issues. How do you deal with that?! Sending blessings and prayers to the parents with adolescent kiddos and teens out there. To say it's been hard to make sense of the world the last few years is an understatement. Having to make sense of the world while raising children in this climate is a whole other animal of an initiation.

Did a weighted vest walk... Not too bad 7375 steps... @primal count me in. Got access to kettlebells till end of month and planning on getting at least a couple solid workouts in too. Grateful for another river visit.

From when I went to visit my home country in 2023 for 6 weeks but decided to extend for a couple months to care for my grandmother and hopefully find her better care than the nursing home she was clearly being neglected at... And that turned into 9+months... Talk about life's unexpected detours. I was super grounded in the sense that I could not really go anywhere for more than a couple of hours a day... And I really enjoyed the few times I was able to walk into the woods I used to play as a kid and harvest some #herbs. 🍀#memories
