You could say I’m all for New Year’s resolutions but not for big January actions. This is the time for making big plans from under a duvet, and letting big dreams take their root. Every year I hope to make lots of wintery art and every year I run out of energy as well as days in the calendar. Not this time! I’m not only drawing Christmassy images, I am now taking it to next level by making 3D cards! There is joy in this that comes from knowledge that these pieces don’t have any commercial use. I make them for the absolute fun of making them and I will not add them to my portfolio, I will not sell them. I might give them to someone and that’s it. No profits.
