first pass at the new db compacting in damus. no startup compact. it actually prunes data now. here’s my db 11GB->700mb but i can get this down a lot more. You can set a max storage size and it will keep your damus usage under that.

its pretty easy to make features of arbitrary complexity with ai. just get the ai to break it down into multiple phases, and then get it to run "/handoff next phase" for when its done each phase. it will take the full context from the completed and build a really good fresh context for the next agent. this keeps each work session under 200k tokens so that ais stays sharp. it also allows me to track each session to each unit of work so i can go back with `agentium log` and see the work log for each feature, and continue from there if needed. not sure how other people are doing it but this is working really well for me. the ai are much better at prompting ☠️ https://jb55.com/s/handoff.md

fixing the shitty broken db compact step in damus-ios and large db sizes for next testflight. db will be shrink to tiny size (<20mb) while the app is running instead of at startup. no more bloat!
