Fresh off the press! Featuring exclusive interview with Miles Suter, Product Lead at @BIockInc
Alright. Looks like I had set this account up with Alby on primal, but can't make any sense of alby's zap back end side of things.
What's the easiest way to make zaps work?
Can I plug nostr it directly to zeus, blink or phoenix?
Alright. Given there's a new wave of a hostility incoming towards the open internet, I'm going to give Nostr another shot.
Finally figured out how to reset my relays and now it works much faster then before, so good!
Gonna start sharing my articles here going forward and keeping an eye out.
Starting with this one, where I shit post about Ethereum. Enjoy!
Hey everyone! I just want to give a shout out to @Car and @PlebLab .
I've been part of their Top Builder program for a few weeks and have not just learned a ton but have become a lot more efficient of a builder than I've ever been.
It feels good. Just finished the demo site for a new project I've been working on for months now. You can check out the demo site at Bink.Club.
Also, there's a short video I made for Top Builder about the project status and vision. But figured some of you may want to watch it as well and share you thoughts.
Let me know if this project rings are bell for you, or if you'd try it out!
You know it would be cool? If you could put a bounty on posts, by adding that sets to it like a zap. And then people could earn those SATs by consuming the post watching it or whatever. Of course bots would take this immediately. But if you could wave a wand and solve the bot problem, then this would be the equivalent of a distributed ad network.
Some solutions to the problem include just requiring all accounts to have x amount of SATs locked up for why amount of time on the end pub or associated public address. The orange check mark idea. It's complicated quickly but the future would be cool.
Good work better for the dms. You could DM somebody with a SAT inside. They would have to read the DM to claim the set. It would bypass the ball problem because people would only send it to people that are real. It would be their own stats at stake after all.
Shout out to @TheBlueMatt for leading the creation and development of Bip 353, also known as DNS Payments.
I have set it up via @PhoenixWallet on my website, using bolt 12 and it is the best Bitcoin user experience for payments in it's history, imo.
You can try it with walles that support it which also include @ZeusLN, and send me a sat or two at tips@juangalt.com.
-No invoice interaction
-No invoice expiration clock ticking
-No on chain address with confirmation wait times
-No eyeball verificatoin of payment public keys
-No doxing of balances by using highly private bolt 12.
Technologically secured, human readable bitcoin payments. Just brilliant.
