Finding out the truth of who you are isn’t found sitting in your comfort zone. It’s found in putting yourself out there consistently, doing hard things, and constantly living life at your true edge.

For a relationship to completely flourish, I believe the first step is the man needs to be living in his highest truth. Connected to his purpose, driven, & thriving. Everything else is downstream of that.

Never forget how badly you once wanted what you have now. It’s from this place we remember how far we’ve come and how we can manifest anything else we still desire. Gratitude is the medicine.

It’s way more fun to live life as an optimist than a pessimist.
