I know it feels good to be of service, but overly helping people who didn’t ask is largely a waste a time. Redirect this energy back towards yourself and your clients. People will ask you for help when they’re ready. Trust they’re going at the perfect speed.

A meaningful life is simple: • Prioritize your physical & mental health • Follow your dreams • Solve problems you care about • Pursue a purpose in life that’s bigger than you • Love with an open heart • Make the world a better place Live in a way that demands your full presence.

You’re not responsible for the projections people throw at you. Their attacks aren’t about you. They’re about the parts of themselves they refuse to face. Stay centered on your path.

If you’re a man out there, you need to realize nobody is coming to save you. Everything is on your shoulders to create real change for yourself. Go out there and give your unique gifts to the world. I have a lot of compassion for people who spread hate, fear, and division online. These people are really hurt deep down and likely haven’t experienced true love before, which starts with loving yourself just as you are. The world is a beautiful place and the best feeling of all time is helping someone else get a positive result to improve their own life and once these people start to experience this, they will likely stop spreading hate. I hope to inspire people to come back to their heart center and live life more often from this place of love, kindess, compassion, and service to others. It’s important to never take anything personal that is directed towards you in a negative way. Ultimately, everyone is doing the very best they can right now and I know deep down they want to heal and live from a place of positivity. Everything is constantly happening perfectly at the right speed so don’t sweat anything; simply keep doing your best. I want to send everyone love and I hope everyone has a great rest of the week. When you start to see yourself as bigger, worthy, and enough, you will begin to start to feel respect for yourself. When you start to feel respect for yourself, others will start to respect you. When others respect you, you will attract higher quality people in your life. When you attract these people into your life, your whole life will change for the better through business opportunities, purpose, and legitimate friendship that is worth more than money will ever buy. I genuinely believe this process all starts with you and the way you view yourself. Small, daily progress compounds immensely over time so keep going and keep shining. You got this.

The sunrise is the most sacred time of the day for me. I love getting a full night’s rest so I can experience it at its best. Some combination of movement, meditation, & journaling are all ideal at this time. Highly recommend.

Up until two years ago, I used to wake up on Thanksgiving so excited to watch all the NFL games that day. Now my priorities have shifted and I could care less. Just want to hang out with my family outside mixing in some basketball, pickleball, or ping pong. Playing sports > watching sports
