If you have to control someone to keep them, you don’t have love.
You have fear just wearing love’s mask.

Less thought. More presence.
Nature over noise
If you’re confident and charismatic, you’ll never have a problem attracting high value women.
If you’re insecure and act small, you’ll run into issues. Women can sense this instantly.
She wants a man who believes in himself.
If someone is there for you through your darkest and hardest times, then they’re a keeper.
Huge green flag.
Why do you care what anyone thinks of you?
Just be your true self and live your life.
The people who don’t like you will disappear which is a blessing for you.
New and aligned people will be attracted to you and show you how beautiful & fun life is.
Much love.
Sitting in silence for hours at a time with no technology around is extremely healing for your nervous system and mindset.
Less and less people are doing this these days and it’s no surprise people are more stressed than ever.
Disconnect to reconnect.
If you care what she thinks about you, you already lost.
Know who you are at your core and feel that self-confidence deep inside you.
Only then will you be a man worthy of her love & devotion.
This process cannot be faked as a woman’s intuition is incredibly strong.
You may have been setback a step or two, but your comeback will be so much greater.
Believe in yourself. You got this.
Fake friends get threatened or jealous by your success.
Real friends want you to succeed and thrive.
I genuinely believe the best investment you can make is in your self improvement journey as a human.
The right coach, teacher, or guide is worth every sat and then some.
Closing your eyes and taking 3 slow and deep breaths when you’re feeling stressed always does the trick.
At least 6 seconds on the exhales.
New cities are cool for me for around 72 hours then I start to wonder why I am not in a remote jungle beach town.
Anyone else feel this way?
Real love is:
• Honest even when it's hard
• Willing to work through disconnection
• Brave enough to reveal its flaws
• Humble enough to own its impact
Anything less is the ego getting in the way.
Have you ever stopped to think why you do what you do?
If not, it’s really important to have the “why” figured out and down solid on a piece of paper.
Go deep with it. Even ask yourself why to the answer you wrote. Write down your answer again & repeat this 3 more times.
It’s an amazing practice because when you ever feel unmotivated or undisciplined, you can always go back to this piece of paper and remember why you do what you do.
From there, you should have an easier time to keep going and keep building your dream.
In a world where it’s easy to put on a mask and be fake, I suggest to be as real as possible whenever you can.
We’re all looking for real people and real connections at the end of the day, so just be yourself.
Be relentless in being real & you’ll find that people who see you and care will magnetize to you.
Much love all.
This song makes me happier & more joyous.
If anyone has done you dirty, you should be thanking them.
Thank them for revealing to you who they really are.
Thank them for showing you what’s not important to them.
Thank them for now no longer having to waste any more energy on them.
Send them healing energy and wish them the best, but do so from a distance.
They’ve given you a gift of clarity. Use it.
Remember that the practice of comparing yourself to other people is the fastest way to make yourself miserable.
You are enough as you are right now.
Stay connected to your purpose and keep going.
Build the castle one brick at a time.
