The fastest way to remove suffering from what I’ve personally found is to be completely present in the here and now.
Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths, emphasizing long exhales.
Open your eyes. What do you see? What do you hear? Really feel the ground beneath you.
Can you be in a complete state of gratitude for what you’re experiencing?
Remember how lucky you are to be alive today.
Do your best to remain in this frequency for the rest of the day and night. If you drift off, just come back with the same routine.
Much love.

Notes (19)
If you don’t believe in yourself, why would anyone else?
Everything starts within you.
If you are content alone, you are at such a massive advantage.
You stop seeking people, possessions, or achievements to fill your void.
You go from needing connection to choosing it.
Everything you engage in will come from a place of fullness, not from a place of lack.
That’s when you become unshakable.

Determined to get my handstands down by the end of the year.
Practice makes perfect.
Let’s go.

Creative thoughts are more likely to come to you not when you think more, but when you think less.
Every choice shapes your character.
• Purpose > pleasure
• Generosity > greed
• Integrity > image
• Courage > comfort
• Discipline > distraction
• Awareness > autopilot
• Clarity > chaos
• Mastery > mediocrity
Choose your path.
Find that one thing you’re passionate about more than anyone else and go all in.
The lighthouse doesn’t go around the town blinding people.
It just shines bright and chills. People are free to come check it out when they’re ready.
Lesson in there.
When you’re sick, all you wish for is to be healthy.
When you’re healthy, you compare yourself to everyone else and complain about everything being unfair.
The answer is to take the moments you’re healthy, and express gratitude for what you already have.
Gratitude will put you in an upward loop. Suddenly the birds singing become beautiful, your mom’s laugh become a blessing, and your breath becomes your best friend, calming you down whenever you need.
Cherish these small moments. They can potentially be gone at the blink of an eye.
Build a life that matches your values, not someone else’s blueprint.
If you live someone else’s script, you’ll never discover your own.
Step off the paved road and start carving the one that truly reflects your essence, vision, and mission.
Life is way better when you are connected to your purpose.
Sitting for 20 minutes with your eyes closed letting the breath flow in and out of your nose has amazing benefits.

It’s a blessing to be alive.
Savor it and enjoy it.
Happy Q4 everyone ☀️
Do you have any personal goals you want to proclaim to close out the year on a good note?
Your daily routines shape who you become.
The small things you repeat every day compound over time. The habits you practice today quietly build the person you’ll be tomorrow mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Choose routines that align with the person you want to grow into. Start small by reading one chapter of a book, going for a long walk with no phone, or writing down things you’re grateful for in a journal.
Over time, these simple actions reshape your identity and your future.
People can only meet you where they’re personally at in their journey of life so stop taking things personally.
The thing you may be worried about has nothing to do with you.
Stay positive and stay focused on your path.
Make your mind your servant, not your master.
Train it like a muscle through things like meditation, keeping your promises, and intentional focus so your mind works for you, not against you.
When you wake up, keep your phone in airplane mode.
Go outside, do some light movement, & sit in silence for 15-20 minutes.
Connect to your breath. Allow your mind to slow down. Allow ideas to flow to you. Express gratitude for a few things in your life.
Then, if you must, go on your phone, and build some cool stuff that makes the world a better place.
Much love.
