Just finished an epic men’s surf trip over new year’s. Went surfing ten times in seven days. Taught the guys three yoga & meditation classes. Feeling revitalized and ready to keep the momentum going. Let’s all make 2026 our best year yet 🤝

Relationships struggle when one or both people are trying to force it. The relationship should feel like water going down a river: smooth, easy, and free. There will be a few bumps along the way, but you two are nicely aligned from a zoomed out perspective and communicate well together both through the good and rocky times.

When you meditate, you are pulling the mental weeds out of your mind. Twenty minutes a day can make a massive difference in your overall clarity and decision making in 2026.

Sometimes the answer is turning your phone off and wandering off into the forest or jungle for 4 hours. Silence is where clarity returns.

The meditation teacher training & yoga teacher training I did a few months ago in Bali completed changed my life for the better. I learned so much about myself during those trainings, and now I’m able to teach others, which is one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done. It’s almost like there was life before those trainings, and life after. Excited to share more in 2026 and beyond.

Just found out yesterday 2025 was the year of the snake, symbolizing shedding the old and evolving into a more aligned version of yourself. It doesn’t matter whether you’re single or in a relationship, don’t ever stop investing in your personal development journey. Continuously pour into your mental, physical, and spiritual health. Not only will you receive massive benefits, but you will inspire the people around you to do the same, and your circle will level up as a whole because of it.

Your phone should be nowhere near you when you eat. Instead, be intentional with your meal time to reflect, express gratitude, and slow down. Your nervous system will thank you and you will go back to your day more clear.
