Real love lets go when the other person wants to leave.
It doesn’t try to convince, hold on, force, shame, or guilt.
It honors truth even when the truth may be painful.
Communities and families who sing together are way more likely to thrive and prosper versus those who don’t.
Good music is healing for the soul.

Aim for 3 times per week around 20 minutes per session to start. Cheers.
Getting clear on your purpose is so important because you’ll automatically know if the next thing that comes up is aligned or not.
Many people who are not clear on their purpose distract themselves with pleasure, video games, and activities that ultimately don’t serve their highest self.
Be clear on your life’s purpose and observe the beauty that unfolds from there onwards.
When you’re meditating by yourself, spend a few minutes imagining the most vibrant and aligned version of yourself.
How does this person walk, talk, and breathe?
What projects is he/she working on?
What habits does this person have?
How is this person making the world a better place?
Really visualize it with full concentration, and every time you meditate, continue to come back to this visualization. Within time, you will feel compelled to take steps necessary to become this more aligned person and ultimately get closer and closer to your actual goals in life.
Health in the body.
Peace in the mind.
Love in the heart.
You could be dead broke, but if you have these three, you are one of the wealthiest people on the planet.

I’ve found a lot of benefit from putting my phone away when eating and even if I’m hungry, doing my best to take intentional, slow bites expressing gratitude for all that had to take place for the food to be right there.
So just a reminder to slow down, be thankful, and head back into your day after you eat with more intention and care.
One of the best ways to relax and let go of stress is to lengthen your exhales.
Do this for 3-5 minutes and notice yourself more clear and calm after.
One of the best feelings in life is helping someone achieve their goals.
Go out and serve your community with compassion and care. That’s where real fulfillment begins.
The right person leaves you feeling seen, respected, and at ease, not confused or belittled.
Anything less is misalignment.
Writing your dreams down is more powerful than most people realize.
When you put them into words, they start becoming something you can actually visualize.
Taking action often gives you the clarity you need to move forward.
Don’t wait for a near death experience to be reminded how precious life is.
Start living life to the fullest today.
You never really know what someone is going through deep down.
This is why it’s important not to judge others, and instead spread love, kindness, and genuine compassion when possible.
It’s clear the world could use more of it.
Distancing myself from people who gossip has been extremely healthy for my mental well-being.
It’s hard to beat that feeling of being completely immersed in the present moment.
Not worried about the past or the future, and simply just being here in the now with whatever you are doing.
Activities like meditation, yoga, surfing, or bjj pull you fully into the moment.
Distraction disappears because the task demands your full attention. That’s when the mind finally quiets down.
