Feeling grateful for everything.

One of the biggest realizations in my life is nothing outside of you can bring you peace & lasting joy. It literally has to come from within yourself. If you seek external things like trophies, money, or romantic relationships to bring you joy, you are placing an impossible demand on them that will never satisfy you. Choose relationships & activities from a place of already being joyous in your life, not for you to all of the sudden become joyous because of it.

Happy Sunday to everyone striving to be the best version of themselves. Small progress compounds. You can be a completely different person in 6 months.

Just paid the deposit for my first retreat in the @Bitcoin Jungle coming in January 2027 and I'm so stoked. Forgiving yourself and others will release any anger or blockage you feel towards life. Breathe. Let it go. Learn. Keep moving.

To become successful in life, the key is to help other people become successful in life. Find a problem you really love to solve and become world class at solving it. You’ll become internally fulfilled, externally abundant, and the world will become a better place. It’s a win all around.

My theory on people who leave hateful comments on the internet is very simply they are not receiving the love they desire in their life. So they choose to project their pain outwards at strangers online instead of dealing with it themselves. It’s a sad thing in reality. I typically respond with “sending love your way” and I’ve found it to be effective, because it’s what they need and it’s coming from a genuine place. Be kind. You never know what someone is going through deep down.

If you want to be extraordinary, you will look extra to somebody ordinary. Keep going anyways.

Your best ideas will likely come to you when you are doing nothing. Relax, breathe, disconnect, and take off the pressure. Then go from there.

Confidence comes from taking action and doing the things that slightly scare you, not waiting for it to show up one day. Take action. It builds confidence & creates clarity for what you enjoy.

A healthy meal, sunshine on your skin, laughing with great people around, long exhales, 90 minute walks in nature, spreading kindness, & helping people improve their life. Always remember you can begin enjoying your life today. Nothing is missing.

Playing small is keeping you stuck. Take up space. Speak your truth. Help people a few steps behind you. Discover your purpose. Become fulfilled. Enjoy your life.

If you can look in the mirror and say you respect yourself, you’re doing well. Keep making decisions you respect. Allow everything else to come downstream of that.
